This web site represents a culmination of my interests, focusing primarily on my most recent photography projects.
I have always enjoyed creating media, including photographs, stories, movies, drawings and documentaries. My 30-minute movie “Ray Bandar: A Life with Skulls,” was picked up by the Natural Heroes Series on PBS and shown at several film festivals throughout the country. If you’d like to purchase a copy, you can find it on the DVD web site. I just finished a book about his Bone Palace entitled, “Ray Bandar and His Palace of Bones.” Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in ordering either one of these.
My fascination with the natural history of mammals and birds and citizen science has also compelled me to work as a Winter Wildlife Docent at Point Reyes National Seashore, and as a volunteer at the Marine Mammal Center and the Farallones Marine Sanctuary Association. I am also currently volunteering as a surveyor for the River Otter Ecology Project in the San Francisco Bay Area.
